iMJalv2 - Troubleshooting:

Communication Error when trying to connect to iMJalv2?
Try the following common fixes.

Click Options in iMJalv2 then make sure you check the box next to "connect via USB connection" (see here)

Close All running Java Applications and try again.

For i580/i870/i875/i880/i885 - Try removing/disabling your card reader.

Download this file. Once download unzip the folder and double click the file "usb not found registry fix.reg" When prompted, click OK to enter into your computer's registry.
